📌 Cancellation by the Customer

Once an order is confirmed and placed on Shoppy.co.in, it enters the processing stage immediately. As such, cancellations are not permitted after order placement. We request you to review your cart and details thoroughly before confirming your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product out of stock or unavailable
  • Non-serviceable or incorrect delivery address
  • Payment not received or failed confirmation (in case of prepaid orders)
  • Product lost or damaged during transit
  • Technical or pricing errors on the website
  • High risk of order return or fraudulent activity
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) option not available for the product
  • Logistics or regulatory restrictions (e.g., lockdowns)
  • Any other reason deemed necessary by our operations team

If your order is canceled from our end, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be initiated if payment has already been made.

❗Cancellation by Seller or Supplier

In rare cases, if a seller is unable to dispatch a product due to stock issues or other limitations, they may cancel the order within one day after the scheduled dispatch date.
