Refund and Returns Policy

At Shoppy.co.in, your satisfaction is our priority. While we work hard to deliver the best products at unbeatable prices, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our policy below to understand the process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


🔁 Returns

  • Only products explicitly marked as “returnable” are eligible for return. Non-returnable items will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
  • Return requests must be initiated within the return window specified on the product page.
  • Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage due to customer handling may not be accepted.

Note: Products under discounts or promotional pricing may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.


🔄 Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
  • Exchange requests must be accompanied by an uncut, unedited video showing the product seal being opened and clearly highlighting the issue.
  • Once approved, we will arrange for the return pickup and send a replacement.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive the returned product and it passes the quality check.

UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking 3–7 business days
Cash on Delivery (Bank Transfer) 3–7 business days after account update
Wallet / Store Credit Up to 2 business days

Instant Refunds: In select cases, refunds for COD orders may be initiated within 4 hours after pickup confirmation.


🚫 Important Notes

  • Items returned without proper approval or authorization (RMA) may be rejected and shipped back at your cost.
  • Excessive or suspicious return requests may lead to limitations on your account.
  • Returns are only accepted from the original shipping address.
  • All customer claims for returns or refunds are subject to our verification and satisfaction.

Shoppy.co.in does not offer warranties on any products sold through our platform.

All warranties, if available, are provided by the respective manufacturers. For warranty claims, service, or support, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly through their website, customer service, or warranty card included with the product.
